With summer in their rear-view mirrors, the students at Grand Trunk High School in Evansburg have leapt into the new school year.
Grade 7 students in science analyzed rocks and minerals with their properties in an outdoor lab for the Planet Earth unit; students in WINss Seven honed their numeracy skills with various math stations. Students in Science 24 began their first lab testing the effect of soap on the miscibility of oil and water while students in the Career and Technology Foundations course on comic creation where they explored the use of literary devices and art to form panels of comics!
