Parkland Composite High School's Senior Art 20/30 students tackled the six principles of design in their
art lab under the tutelage of their teacher, Mr. Dye. Students had to demonstrate their understanding of:
- point of interest;
- balance;
- unity;
- contrast;
- directional movement; and
- rhythm.
The projects were completed with colored pencils on 16" by 20" Mayfair paper and the subject matter was left to the student's discretion. The three artists showcased are Taurie McPherson, Kasey Murphy and Ella Davi-Digui. Incredible artists and incredible talent from our GYPSD students!
