GNS: Trustee Caputo Recognized for Long Service

Congratulations to Trustee Shirley Caputo, who recently received a Long Service Award from the Alberta School Boards Association. Trustee Caputo began her service to GYPSD's Board of Trustees in 2001 and recently shared that she felt "humbled" to receive this recognition for what she sees as a "blessing [to] serve the children of GYPSD". Trustee Caputo's passion and focus on advocacy and the promotion of student achievement and well-being to ensure that all students are able to reach their full potential makes her a true champion of public education. Trustee Caputo was recently selected to serve as the Board's Vice-Chair.
