UPDATE FOR MAY 8, 2023

Emergency Services has lifted the evacuation order for the Edson, Fulham, and Niton areas this morning which allowed our area families the chance to return home.

The Division has made arrangements for a thorough cleaning and inspection of our Edson, Fulham and Niton schools on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, in preparation for a full return for all staff and students on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 unless circumstances change. The buses will be running for Wednesday’s return to school.

Hinton schools will be open, Tuesday, May 9, 2023, with buses running as scheduled.

Schools in the Wildwood and Evansburg areas remain closed until further notice.
